At the 2nd Pressday Plantbased in May 2025, 100 guests gathered at the stylish Foodlab in Hamburg’s harbour district. On the menu: live cookings, food tastings, and hands-on experiences – full of flavour, depth, and Instagrammability. “A feast for the senses,” says Katrin Kasper, founder of Pressday Plantbased. “We make PR tangible. Today, brands need in-real-life experiences.”
